Disappointed in the false advertisement listed on their web page. It wasn't even something I noticed, a family member pointed it out. I was told it shouldn't be there and they would contact the webmaster to remove it, "something they offered years ago." I feel I was charged a very fair price but in hindsight I would further research with a clear head, not one still in shock from the loss of a loved one. We had direct cremation with them, period. No other services. If it were retail they would be bound to the price advertised. Live and learn.
